主讲人及简介：Prof. Sik-Chol Kwon

Prof. Kwon is the Director of National Research Lab-Hex Cr Replacement and Principal Project Leader of Surface Engineering Department of Korea Institute of Materials Science(KIMS).He was also the president of the Korean Institute of Surface Engineering(KISE) in 2001-2003 and was president of Korea Thermal Spray Association (KoTSA) in 2004-2007. He was the vice-president of IUSF(International Union for Surface Finishing) in 2006-2010. He has served as secretary of ISO/TC107/ SC3 since 2006. He is listed as Marquis Who‘s Who in Science and Engineering in the Edition of 2010 and 2011. He has developed cooperative research project with world-wide research institute in Israel, Germany, France, UK, USA, Japan and China.
