主讲人简介：Xiaoli L. Etienne博士是美国西弗吉尼亚大学资源经济与管理学院助理教授，近年来在American Journal of Agricultural Economics 、Journal of International Money and Finance、Energy Economics、Applied Economics Letters、Agricultural Finance Review和Agricultural Economics等国际知名学术期刊发表高水平论文多篇。主持多项美国国家自然科学基金、农业部研究课题等。曾供职于University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign和世界银行等机构。
