国际药学杂志刊登张耀洲论文 首次介绍“蛋白口服有效”

近日，在国际药业科学中具有重要影响的刊物《欧洲药物科学》正式刊出了我校生命科学学院院长、生物化学研究所所长张耀洲教授的题为“Can 29kD rhGM-CSF expressed by Silkworm pupae bioreactor bring into effect as active cytokine through Orally Administration?”的论文。文章全文共12页，用大量的研究结果证明蛋白口服有效。这是国际上高级别的药学杂志首次介绍“蛋白口服有效”。

　　该杂志审稿人评价道：“The investigators are studying a potential breakthrough in the phatmaceutical sciences, the ability to orally deliver a biologically active protein. They have taken several parallel experimental approaches to prove that their goal has been accomplished. Indeed, if their conclusions are true, this could become a highly cited publication, which many laboratories would try to reproduce.”

　　张耀洲教授经过10多年的努力，建立以家蚕蛹作为生物反应器生产药用蛋白的高技术平台，成功开创了蛋白给药的独特途径，为解决蛋白质口服化提供了新的方法，已在此领域内发表了不少研究论文。
